By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 777h platform at 777h.im (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any other persons who interact with our services.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

777h reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details held on their account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

The 777h Platform is intended solely for adult users. To register an account and use any of our services — including casino games, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, and slots — you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777h operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures may not register as account holders.
• You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed via the 777h platform or through any other responsible gambling scheme.

777h reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where there is reasonable suspicion that an account holder does not meet the age eligibility requirement, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility are subject to forfeiture.

To access the full range of services on 777h, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on 777h. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777h reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated transactions, bonuses, or winnings without prior notice.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit anyone else to access your account. 777h strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings.

You must notify 777h immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777h will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or where you have shared your login details with a third party.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777h operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, and in particular prior to processing your first withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number)

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 777h account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Most bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are credited within five minutes of successful transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 777h does not charge any fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any such third-party fees.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — regardless of the relationship between you and the account owner — will be refused and returned where technically possible, or may trigger an AML review resulting in account restriction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Most withdrawal requests are processed within one business day, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any ongoing account verification requirements.

777h reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for high-value withdrawals or where account activity has triggered our automated fraud detection systems. Withdrawals may be delayed pending the outcome of such checks.

Currency & Conversion

The Platform operates exclusively in BDT. If your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency, conversion rates applied by your provider are outside 777h's control. 777h accepts no liability for losses arising from currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations.

777h offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.

777h reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of any such amendment will generally be permitted to complete the relevant wagering requirements under the original terms, except where the amendment is required by law or to prevent abuse.

Seasonal and cultural promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season — are subject to their own promotional terms and are only available during the specified promotional window. Promotional offers communicated via SMS, email, or live chat are valid only for the named recipient and may not be claimed by other account holders.

As a condition of your use of the 777h Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws at all times. In addition to your other obligations under these Terms, you specifically agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Financial Misconduct

• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after winnings have been received
• Exploiting any error, technical fault, or miscalculation of odds for financial gain

Game Integrity

Account Conduct

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Impersonating any other person, entity, or 777h employee

Where 777h identifies or reasonably suspects a breach of these prohibitions, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets placed during the period of suspected misconduct; withhold or forfeit any balance, winnings, or bonus funds; report the matter to relevant financial crime authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

All games available on the 777h Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Playtech, and Red Tiger. Each game operates in accordance with the rules published by its respective provider, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence with respect to the mechanics and outcome of that game.

Random Number Generators

All virtual (non-live) casino games and slots on the 777h Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certifications are issued by independent testing laboratories and are renewed periodically. The use of RNG technology ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 777h.

Live Casino Games

Live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger — are streamed in real time from professional casino studios operated by our game providers. Physical equipment used in live games (cards, wheels, dice) is subject to regular inspection and testing. Any malfunction of the live stream or studio equipment that materially affects the outcome of a game round will result in the affected round being declared void and all bets returned to players.

Sports Betting Rules

Key principles include: bets on abandoned or postponed events will be voided unless a result is achieved within a defined window; dead-heat rules apply where two or more selections finish equal; and in-play betting is subject to the final recorded official result, not the scoreboard at the time of bet placement.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game, 777h reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all bets placed during that round to players' accounts. 777h's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid in respect of entertainment or inconvenience arising from a malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

777h reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
• The account has been used for, or is connected to, any fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 777h, its payment partners, or other users
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to restrict or close the account

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 777h's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the account holder's own request, or as a result of a self-exclusion application — any verified remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their most recent withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 777h account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Please note that voluntary account closure does not affect any legal obligations that have already arisen under these Terms, including any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawal requests, or amounts owed to 777h.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent closure. Upon the expiry of a time-limited self-exclusion period, the account will remain closed by default. Reactivation requires a deliberate request from the account holder and a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before access is restored.
